Safety Issues. The Tenant will procure that in the carrying out of the Building Improvement Plan: (a) the Premises shall at all times be fully secured against unauthorised entry; (b) the Premises shall be kept tidy and properly cleared of surplus materials, rubble, rubbish or waste; and (c) proper provision shall be made to the support and use of any land, walls, buildings, roads and footpaths upon, adjacent or near to the Premises and which may be affected by the performance of the Building Improvement Plan.
