Safety Programs. The City and the Association will make every effort to maintain excellent health and safety standards. No employee shall be required to perform work with unsafe equipment or perform duties that are not in compliance with safety procedures or protocols. To further these purposes, the City shall maintain an ongoing safety program which shall include committees comprised of representatives from the Association and appropriate supervisory personnel.
