Safety Services Career Ladder. A Career Ladder Committee shall consist of three (3) A through Jc Employees appointed by the Union Chair and three (3) management employees appointed by the Director of Safety Services. The committee shall meet and report as needed by management or the union. In the 2019-2020 school year, the Committee shall create a career ladder process. A testing process will be offered to eligible Safety Services employees once in the 2019-2020 school year. Employees who successfully complete the career ladder process by June 30, 2020 will be able to advance on the career ladder for the 2019-2020 school year only. Employees eligible for advancement will not be entitled to retroactive compensation.
