Safety while working at height. i. Damaged / defective wooden planks shall not be used for staging purposes. ii. Wooden planks are to be secured at both ends for preventing over turning of the planks. iii. Use of oil drums for staging purpose is strictly prohibited. The Steel Stools / staging materials are to be used for staging purpose and to be used in safe manner. iv. While working on ship’s mast or fragile roof or from where a person is likely to fall and injured, Full Body Harness with double lanyard shall be used with proper anchorage.
