Salaries for Part. time Staff: Members of the bargaining unit who are part-time staff shall be placed in the appropriate pay grade. Probationary members of the bargaining unit who are part- time staff shall receive the salary increases provided for in Section 4.1, pro-rated based on the part- time employee’s FTE as defined in Section 14.1. Members of the bargaining unit who are part- time shall be paid no less than the minimum salary of their pay grade. E) Part-time employees shall be evaluated in accordance with Article 18.
