Common use of SALARY ADJUSTMENT - Temporary Change of Assignment Clause in Contracts

SALARY ADJUSTMENT - Temporary Change of Assignment. An employee may be temporarily assigned the duties and responsibilities of a higher or lower classification, but in no case may such change be in effect for more than five (5) working days without an upward adjustment in salary for the entire period he/she is required to work out of classification.
