Salary on Reemployment. A. A person who is reemployed in the same occupational series in which the person held regular status and was separated in good standing may, upon approval of the Chief Human Resources Officer, be appointed at the rate and range the person occupied at the time of separation unless appointment is at an advanced rate pursuant to Article I, Section 3.B.
