Common use of Salary Payable to an Acting Incumbent Clause in Contracts

Salary Payable to an Acting Incumbent. (a) Where an employee is required by the Employer to perform the duties of a position having a higher maximum salary than the maximum salary applicable to his/her present position and where the duties are to be performed on a continuous basis for a period of one (1) day or more, the employee shall:
