Salary Periods and Appointment Year. 52.4.1 Salaries of members of the administrative staff will be paid biweekly beginning September 1 each year and ending August 31 of the following year unless terms and conditions of their appointment provide otherwise. Annual salary agreements will be provided prior to September 1 each year.
