Salary Placement of Reclassified Unit Member(s). When a unit member(s) is 24 reclassified to a higher range, the unit member(s) shall be placed at a minimum on the 25 step of the new range which will result in a percentage salary increase not less than the 1 difference between successive ranges, approximately two and one-half percent (2.5%).
