  • COST PRINCIPLES AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS A. CONSULTANT agrees that the Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, 48 CFR, Federal Acquisition Regulations System, Chapter 1, Part 31.000 et seq., shall be used to determine the cost allowability of individual items.

  • Cost Principles The Subrecipient shall administer its program in conformance with 2 CFR Part 200, et al; (and if Subrecipient is a governmental or quasi-governmental agency, the applicable sections of 24 CFR 85, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments,”) as applicable. These principles shall be applied for all costs incurred whether charged on a direct or indirect basis.

  • Prevailing Wage Requirements California Labor Code and/ or Resolutions of the San Xxxx City Council require the payment of not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and rates for holiday and overtime and adherence to all labor standards and regulations. The General Prevailing Wage Rates may be adjusted throughout the term of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Contractor shall not be entitled to any adjustment in compensation rates in the event there are adjustments to the General Prevailing Wage Rates.

  • HIPAA Requirements The Parties agree that the provisions under HIPAA Rules that are required by law to be incorporated into this Amendment are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

  • E-Verify Requirements To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.

  • Technology Requirements The Customer is required to obtain and maintain, at the Customer’s own expense, compatible Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software approved for such use by Royal Bank, and which are up-to-date and unaltered from manufacturer specifications. Royal Bank is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties of any nature, with respect to any such Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software provided by any other Person.
