The effective date of advancement to a higher level on the salary schedule will correspond to the first, sixth, eleventh, and sixteenth pay-dates of the school year. In order to qualify for a higher level on the salary schedule, a teacher must present official documentation verifying completion of the appropriate number of credit hours (as defined in Article XVIII, Section A, Appendix A) to the Personnel Department. Application must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the effective date.
