Salary Treatment When Moving Into Lower Paid Position. An Employee who, in the event of a displacement, bumps, or in the event of a recall, is recalled, or who, in accordance with Clause 19.06 above, is placed into a job which is subject to a rate of pay which is lower than the rate of pay of the Employee's immediate prior position shall receive blue circle salary treatment. Such Employee shall thereafter be subject to all scheduled salary increases prescribed by this Agreement which are applicable to his or her new position.
