Sales Order Term/Revenue Commitment. The applicable Service Term and Revenue Commitment (if any) shall be set forth in the Sales Order. Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions or the applicable PSA, if a Sales Order does not specify a term of service, the Service Term shall be one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date. In the event Customer fails to satisfy a Revenue Commitment, Customer will be billed a shortfall charge pursuant to the terms of the applicable PSA.

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item.   • EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract.
