Common use of Sales Training Clause in Contracts

Sales Training. ClearCommerce agrees to provide sales assistance to -------------- HP personnel, including [*] as is mutually agreed upon by the parties, and marketing material such as Program Documentation, coursework, reviewer guides, competitive product analyses and product literature. ClearCommerce grants HP the right to reproduce such marketing material for internal use and external distribution.
