Sanitary Sewer System. 15.1 If required by the Town, and prior to execution of this Agreement by the Town, the Developer shall undertake a review of the existing downstream sanitary sewer system to ensure the capacity of the system is sufficient for the increase in flows from the Plan of Subdivision. In the event the downstream system is inadequate for the flow increase from this Subdivision, upgrading of those facilities will be the financial responsibility of the Developer and the Work required and/or necessary to upgrade such facilities shall be completed by the Developer as part of development of this Plan of Subdivision to the complete satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 15.2 The Developer shall construct a sanitary sewer system, including service laterals from the sewer main to the Street Line and other appurtenances, to adequately service the Lands.
