Common use of Sanitation, Maintenance and Upkeep Clause in Contracts

Sanitation, Maintenance and Upkeep. The Employer agrees to supply and make available reasonable materials required in the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of all fire stations. The Employer furthermore agrees to supply reasonable items necessary to maintain satisfactory sanitary conditions of all quarters within all fire stations so long as the budget permits.
