Common use of Satisfaction of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Obligation. Employees who are required either to become members of the Union or maintain membership in good standing in the Union may satisfy that obligation by periodically tendering to the Union an amount equal to the Union's regular and usual monthly dues.

Satisfaction of Obligation.
