Common use of Saturation Hyperbaric Work Clause in Contracts

Saturation Hyperbaric Work. Saturation Hy- perbaric worker will be paid the Hyperbaric work- er rate until saturation starts. Once under pressure, the rate will be twenty-four (24) times (24 X Rate = Day Rate) the straight time Hyperbaric Worker pay at applicable depth rate. The pay remains the same for either on work or off work days under pressure. This rate constitutes payment for the entire twen- ty-four (24)-hour period measured from midnight to midnight. (Monday through Friday)
