Common use of Saving holiday Clause in Contracts

Saving holiday. 9.6.1 Saving holiday days Salaried employees who have a right to more than 25 holiday days with holiday pay may, after agreement with the employer, save also these additional holiday days provided that they do not in that year take out holiday saved previously. The employer and the salaried employee shall agree on the scheduling of saved holiday days. This applies both to the holiday year during which the saved days are to be taken and to how they shall be scheduled during that holiday year.
