Common use of SAVINGS Clause in Contracts

SAVINGS. Any Expression of Interest, the Booking letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for such Apartment shall not be construed to limit the right and interest of the Allottee under the Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

SAVINGS. Any Expression of Interest, the Booking letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for such Apartment shall not be construed to limit the right and interest of the Allottee under the Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

SAVINGS. Any Expression of Interestapplication letter, the Booking allotment letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment Apartment, prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for For Sale for such Apartment shall not be construed to limit the right rights and interest interests of the Allottee under the Agreement for For Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

SAVINGS. Any Expression of Interest, the Booking letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment Row House or the Town House Unit prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for such Apartment Unit shall not be construed to limit the right and interest of the Allottee under the Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

Any Expression of Interest, the Booking letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment Apartment/Plot/Building prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for such Apartment shall not be construed to limit the right and interest of the Allottee under the Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

SAVINGS. Any Expression of Interest, the Booking letter, agreement or any other document signed by the Allottee in respect of the Apartment Row House/Bungalow prior to the execution and registration of this Agreement for Sale for such Apartment Row House/Bungalow shall not be construed to limit the right and interest of the Allottee under the Agreement for Sale or under the Act or the Rules or the Regulations made thereunder.

All previous understandings save and except the EOI and Booking letter shall stand cancelled.
