Schedule for Designated Workdays. Faculty in consultation with their administrator will create a schedule for designated contractual workdays on a quarterly or yearly basis. During such workdays, employees shall be available in their assigned areas and perform all duties and responsibilities required by their position or assignment unless prior timely written request to be absent receives written approval by the Unit Administrator. Major function assignments shall be determined by the appropriate Unit Administrator (this does not apply to undesignated full-time faculty days).
