Common use of Schedule Notification Clause in Contracts

Schedule Notification. All Contract and Regular unit members who are teaching classes shall be notified in writing of their initial assignment for the following Academic Year by the end of February, barring unusual circumstances. If the last day of February is a Saturday or a Sunday, then the schedule notification shall occur on the following Monday. If a specific assignment is not offered to a Contract or Regular unit member, the appropriate Administrator or designee shall provide the explanation, in writing, if requested by the affected unit member.
