Schedule of Evaluation. 1. For those teachers who are on limited or extended limited contracts pursuant to ORC 3319.11 and who are under consideration for nonrenewal, one (1) evaluation consisting of at least three (3) formal observations must be conducted by May 1 of the year their contract expires.
