Schedule of Evaluations. All unit members shall be evaluated by the immediate supervisor in conjunction with the responsible administrator . If the immediate supervisor has not supervised the employee for at least six months at the time the evaluation is due to be completed, the responsible administrator shall conduct the evaluation with the immediate supervisor as follows:
