Schedule of Merit Increases. The merit increase provisions set forth in Article 26.2 above shall be suspended during the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, as well as during the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 and will be distributed as part of the base salary increases referenced in 26.1.
