  • Schedule of Values 9.2.1 Before the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect a schedule of values allocated to the various portions of the Work, prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Architect may require. This schedule, unless objected to by the Architect, shall be used only as a basis for the Contractor's Applications for Payment.

  • Schedule of Wages An incumbent of a dually classified position shall be paid the regular rate of pay of the classification of work being performed.

  • Schedule of Fees Attached to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference is a Schedule of Fees, which contains the Discount Fee, Transaction Fees, Return Fee per returned item, Minimum Monthly Discount Fee, Subscription Fee, Monthly Check 21 Access Fee, Batch Out Fee, Termination Fee and other terms and conditions in effect on the commencement date of this Agreement. By the duly authorised representatives signing this agreement, the employer and the contractor agree to and accept the foregoing schedule of deviations as the only deviations from and amendments to the documents listed in the tender data and addenda thereto as listed in the tender schedules, as well as any confirmation, clarification or changes to the terms of the offer agreed by the Tenderer and the employer during this process of offer and acceptance. It is expressly agreed that no other matter whether in writing, oral communication or implied during the period between the issue of the tender documents and the receipt by the Tenderer of a completed signed copy of this Agreement shall have any meaning or effect in the contract between the parties arising from this agreement.
