Ablution facilities. 17.1 The Mandatary shall ensure that an adequate supply of ablution facilities are provided for his employees performing work on the Employer’s premises, save that the parties may mutually make arrangements for the provision of such facilities.
Ablution facilities a. Description Contractors must make adequate provision for drinking water and temporary toilets situated on the building site for the use of their employees until such time as the water-borne sewer drainage is available. Toilets have to be properly screened off and the door should be closed at all times. The door must be properly closed and secured at the end of the day to prevent it from being blown open by the wind.

Prior to commencement of the construction/erection of the IMPROVEMENTS and throughout the duration of the work, the CONTRACTOR shall provide a suitable, properly operational chemical toilet on the ERF and shall ensure that such facilities are at all times maintained in a clean, hygienic and neat condition. The entrance(s) to all temporary toilets must be screened from view by a barrier of shade-cloth as per 7.1 hereof.
Ablution facilities. The responsible parties shall provide temporary water-born or chemical toilets situated on the site for the use of his/her/their partners for the duration of the work period. The toilet must be situated as discreetly as possible, kept level and the door should be fastened at all times. It will be the responsible party’s duty to insure that the above-mentioned facilities are cleaned regularly and that all health and safety regulations in this regard are met and/or adhered to. Breach of clause 5.8: Penalty:
5.8.1 The contractor and/or signatory (the responsible party) will be denied access to the Estate until suchtime as this regulation is complied with.
5.8.2 In addition the contractor and/or signatory (the responsible party) will be fined R500 (five hundred rand) per violation.
Ablution facilities. 6.6.1. The Contractor shall provide water and/or washing facilities for the employees on the Erf.
6.6.2. Prior to the commencement of construction of the Improvements and throughout the duration of the work, the Contractor shall provide a suitable number of, and properly operational chemical toilets, on the Erf and shall ensure that such facilities are always properly maintained and clean, hygienic and in neat condition.
6.6.3. Use of the Development’s water borne sewerage system is forbidden.
6.6.4. Any worker (employee of the Contractor/sub-Contractor) found doing ablutions in any area other than the supplied toilet, will be removed from the Development by the HOA Committee and shall be permanently barred from returning to the Development.
6.6.5. The Contractor shall ensure that no wastewater whatsoever enters the conservation areas.
Ablution facilities. 21.1 Prior to commencement of the construction/erection of the improvements and throughout the duration of the work, the Building Contractor shall provide a suitable and properly operational water borne or chemical toilet on the Erf and shall ensure that such facility is at all times maintained in a clean, hygienic and neat condition.
21.2 Any worker (employee of the Building Contractor/Sub-Building contractor/s or invitees) found relieving himself in any area other than the supplied toilet will, upon request by the HOA / Building Control Contractor be removed from the Development by the Building Contractor and shall be barred from returning to the Development.
21.3 It is the Building Contractor’s responsibility to ensure that the toilet structure is maintained to a respectable and acceptable standard and is kept and maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
Ablution facilities. 4.1 All residence must have hot showers on demand and flushing toilette Facilities in the acceptable ratio throughout the facility.
4.2 There should be an efficient disposal mechanism of sanitary bins.
Ablution facilities. The Contractor shall make his own arrangements for site ablution facilities at a rate of one toilet per ten workmen and shall furthermore be responsible for all costs involved with the removal of night soil.
