Schedule Posting. Section 16.1: A monthly schedule of starting times and quitting times and days off for employees shall be posted by the first of each month. Schedules shall be subject to the Employer’s right to modify the work schedule as needed to adequately handle staffing needs in case of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstance.
