Common use of Scheduled Flights Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Flights. The Handling Company agrees to provide for the Carrier’s Aircraft for flights operating on an agreed schedule at the location(s) stated in the Annex(es) B, those services of Annex A as are listed in the Annex B for the respective locations. The Carrier, in turn, agrees to inform the Handling Company as soon as possible about any changes of schedule and/or frequencies and/or types of aircraft.

Scheduled Flights. The Handling Company agrees to provide for the Carrier’s 's Aircraft for flights operating on an agreed schedule at the location(slo- cation(s) stated in the Annex(es) B, those services of Annex A as are listed in the Annex B for the respective locations. The Carrier, in turn, agrees to inform the Handling Company as soon as possible about any changes of schedule and/or frequencies fre- quencies and/or types of aircraft. This should be done based on the IATA Standard Schedule Information Manual (SSIM).
