Scheduled Maintenance Times. During scheduled maintenance the equipment and related services may be unavailable. Any unscheduled maintenance will be communicated to and agreed upon with the PFSA at least 24-48 hours prior to the event. Any service affecting maintenance beyond the Contractor's control will not count against the uptime commitment for the PFSA.
