Common use of Scheduled Outage Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Outage. Seller shall provide, or cause to be provided, to TVA a scheduled outage schedule for Project Maintenance no later than thirty (30) calendar days before the Initial Delivery Date for the period from such date through the end of the first Delivery Period. Seller shall submit to TVA a scheduled outage schedule no later than thirty (30) calendar days before each Delivery Period after the first Delivery Period that covers scheduled outages for such subsequent Delivery Period. To the extent practicable, scheduled outages should be scheduled during the Months of October, November, March, and April.
