Scheduled Outages. 14.1 Buyer / Seller shall give the other party sufficient notice (30 days in advance on best endeavour basis) in writing, before the beginning date and the duration of the scheduled Outage. Both Parties agree to coordinate and make their best efforts / endeavours for matching the outage period wherever feasible. In any event the total period of Scheduled Outage for each Party shall not exceed 15 days in contract period.
