Scheduled Weekend Overtime Pay. An employee required to return to his/her work site for duty during his/her scheduled weekend, as defined in Article 14, with at least 12 hours' notice, shall be compensated at an overtime pay rate of time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours worked or shall be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one-half (1 ½)(4 ½ hours pay), whichever is greater.
