Common use of Scheduled Weekend Overtime Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Weekend Overtime. A full-time employee who is scheduled to work overtime on the weekend shall be guaranteed four (4) hours of work or equivalent pay at time and one-half (1½) their regular straight time rate of pay.
