Scheduled. “Off Shift” When an employee is assigned to work an “off shift”, the employee shall receive a minimum of five (5) hours pay for each such “off shift.” The Employer, at its discretion, may establish some longer minimum in order to make an employee whole for lost opportunity to work a full regular work week. All such hours shall be paid as time and one half (1½) the employee’s regular rate of pay. An “off shift” is defined as; a. One (1) to three (3) shifts in the course of the week where the majority of hours worked occur between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. and, b.
