Scheduling and Posting of Schedules. It is the Authority’s intent to ensure that each employee shall be advised of his or her work schedule at the earliest possible time. The Authority will make every effort to post each employee’s work schedule for any week no later than 1700 hours on the Thursday, but in no event later than 1400 hours on the Friday, two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the week covered by the schedule. 15.3.1 Employees who are regularly assigned to work from Monday to Friday between 0700 and 1800 hours will not require a posted schedule. However, any variation of these regular hours shall be posted in accordance with the other provisions of this Article.
