Scheduling Online Bill Payments. The Bill Payment Processing Center determines if the payment is sent electronically or by paper check. If payment is made by paper check, you understand and agree that paper checks are mailed and the payee may not receive payment until five (5) to seven (7) business days after the payment is deducted from your account. If the payment is made electronically you understand and agree that the payee may not receive payment until seventy-two (72) hours after the payment is deducted from your account. Bill payment(s) scheduled after 8:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Payment(s) can be scheduled up to 364 days in advance. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for the timely delivery of mail, the improper transmission or handling of payments by third party (such as the failure of the payee to properly post a payment to your account). You also understand and agree that we are not responsible if you do not have sufficient funds in your account on the date payment is to be deducted from your account. Payment(s) made through the Bill Payment Service requires sufficient time for your payee to credit your account properly. You must authorize and schedule payment(s) within a sufficient time frame to avoid finance charges or other charges that may be assessed by the payee for late or non-receipt of payment. The Bank will not be responsible for any charges assessed or other action taken by a payee resulting from a late or non-receipt of payment, including but not limited to finance charges or late fees. Funds must be available in your designated account on the scheduled payment date. If your account does not have sufficient funds on such scheduled date, the payment will be processed as any other non-sufficient funds item with all applicable charges as provided in the Deposit Agreement. You will be notified and the Bank shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a transfer or payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process the transaction. In all cases, you will be responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or rescheduling the payment through the Bill Payment Service.   • Bill Payments The Depositor acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Bill Payment Service The Bill Payment Service permits you to use your Internet enabled device to direct payments from your designated online Bill Payment Account to third parties you wish to pay. Your Bill Payment Account must be a share draft checking account. Through the Bill Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Bill Payment Account to businesses or individuals. Certain payment such as those for gambling, drugs, illegal purchases, and more are not permitted using AFFCU’s Bill Pay system. All payments you make will be deducted from the checking account that you designate as your Bill Payment Account for the Bill Payment Service. Any payments you wish to make through this Service must be payable in U.S. dollars to a payee located in the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict types of payees to whom payments may be made using the Service from time to time. You should not use the Bill Payment Service to make payments to settle securities purchases, payments to interest bearing accounts, tax payments, or court ordered payments. Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account on the scheduled payment date. If the date you schedule a payment to be initiated falls on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), funds must be available in your Bill Payment Account the following business day (e.g. Monday). After funds are withdrawn from your Bill Payment Account to make a payment, we may make the payment either by transferring funds electronically to the payee or by mailing the payee a check. You may choose to schedule payments to recur in the same amount at regular weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly intervals. When you create a new payee in the Bill Payment Service, it takes two (2) business days to set up the payee to receive payments. You should schedule a payment to a new payee at least ten (10) business days before any payment due date, to allow us time to set up the payee and verify information about your account with the payee. For all subsequent payments, you agree to allow at least five (5) to ten (10) business days between the date you schedule a payment to be initiated and the payment due date (that is, the due date shown on your invoice or provided in your agreement with the payee, not taking into account any applicable grace period). If the payment is an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) electronic payment, it may take up to five (5) business days to reach the payee. However, if the company or person that you are paying cannot accept an electronic payment, the Bill Payment Service will send a check that may take up to ten (10) business days. If you do not follow these time frames, you will be fully responsible for all late fees, finance charges or other actions taken by the payee. If you schedule your payment and follow all instructions provided, but the payment is not received by the payee in a timely manner, the Credit Union will work with the payee on your behalf to reverse any late fees or charges. The Credit Union is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. The Credit Union will not be liable in any way for damages you incur for any of the following reasons: • insufficient funds in your Bill Payment Account to make the payment on the processing date; • delays in mail delivery; • changes to the payee's address or account number unless we have been advised of the change in advance • the failure of any payee to correctly account for or credit the payment in a timely manner, or • any other circumstances beyond the control of the Credit Union. If your Bill Payment Account does not have sufficient funds to make a payment as of the date the payment is debited to your account, the Bill Payment Service will automatically block future Bill Payment Service until the account has sufficient funds to make the payment. This suspension may be without prior notice to you. The Credit Union shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a payment. In such event, we will charge all related service fees to you. In all cases, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements for the payment or reschedule the payment through the Service. AFFCU is under no obligation to notify you if it does not complete a transfer because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a transaction. With respect to any negative balance caused by honoring either a paper or electronic payment, you agree to reimburse us, for any funds we have already paid to one or more of your designated merchants or financial institution which we were unable to recover by debit to the merchant or financial institution. You agree that we may impress and enforce a statutory lien upon your accounts with us to the extent you owe us any money and we may enforce our right to do so without further notice to you. We have the right to set-off any of your money or property in our possession against any amount you owe us. The right of set-off and our impressed lien does not extend to any Xxxxx, XXX, or similar tax deferred deposit you may have with us. If your account is owned jointly, our right of set-off and our impressed lien extends to any amount owed to us by any of the joint owners. In the event that you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or in the event that your payment instruction is not made in time for us to process your payment prior to the due date required by a particular merchant or financial institution, you will be liable for all penalties and late fees imposed, and we will not be liable for any such penalties or fees. Without limiting the foregoing, AFFCU shall also not be liable for late charges, interest, penalties, or other amounts incurred by you or any for any failure to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of any deposits or payment(s) so long as AFFCU has complied with the provisions of this Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law, the Credit Union will not be liable to you under any circumstances for special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or attorneys’ fees, even if we are advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. We reserve the right to refuse to make any payment.

  • Payment of Monthly Bills 10.3.1 SECI shall pay the amount payable under the Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx by the Due Date to such account of the SPD, as shall have been previously notified by the SPD in accordance with Article10.3.2 (iii) below.

  • Initial Breakdown and Periodical Payments Each Application for Payment shall be submitted at least ten days before each payment falls due, and the Contractor shall, before the first application, shall submit to the Design Professional a Schedule of Values of the various parts of the work, including quantities, aggregating the total sum of the Contract, divided in the same manner set forth in the Application for Payment Form set forth in Section 7 showing the Contractor’s right to the payment claimed and so arranged and so itemized as to meet the approval of the Design Professional and, further, if requested, supported by such evidence as to its correctness as the Design Professional may direct.

  • Bill Payment We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transfer information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for bill payment transfer by the designated cut-off time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your bill payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Bill Payment transactions may apply: • There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day. • The maximum amount of bill payments each day is $9,999.99, if there are sufficient funds in your account.

  • Shift Scheduling The parties agree that the following shift schedules are examples of the type which will provide the flexibility required to meet the needs expressed above provided the provisions of Article VII Section 4 (b) (i) and (ii) have been met.

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.

  • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized purchasers specified herein during the term of the Master Contract. If there are no Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 0.74 percent on the purchase price for all Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax). The sum owed by Contractor to Enterprise Services as a result of the VMF is calculated as follows: Amount owed to Enterprise Services = Total Master Contract sales invoiced (not including sales tax) x .0074. The VMF must be rolled into Contractor’s current pricing. The VMF must not be shown as a separate line item on any invoice unless specifically requested and approved by Enterprise Services. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Contractors are not to remit payment until they receive an invoice from Enterprise Services. Contractor’s VMF payment to Enterprise Services must reference this Master Contract number, work request number (if applicable), the year and quarter for which the VMF is being remitted, and the Contractor’s name as set forth in this Master Contract, if not already included on the face of the check. Failure to accurately report total net sales, to submit a timely usage report, or remit timely payment of the VMF, may be cause for Master Contract termination or the exercise of other remedies provided by law. Without limiting any other available remedies, the Parties agree that Contractor’s failure to remit to Enterprise Services timely payment of the VMF shall obligate Contractor to pay to Enterprise Services, to offset the administrative and transaction costs incurred by the State to identify, process, and collect such sums. the sum of $200.00 or twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding amount, whichever is greater, or the maximum allowed by law, if less. Enterprise Services reserves the right, upon thirty (30) days advance written notice, to increase, reduce, or eliminate the VMF for subsequent purchases, and reserves the right to renegotiate Master Contract pricing with Contractor when any subsequent adjustment of the VMF might justify a change in pricing.
