In addition to other restrictions that may apply a school based apprentice under the age of eighteen years shall not be required to work during any hours outside of 7.00am to 6.00pm on any day when there are not at least two other Employees in attendance, one of whom is an adult, during the hours the school based apprentice is required to work.
