Common use of School Board Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

School Board Responsibilities. The Board shall have the sole right to direct and control all District operations, to direct the work force and hire employees when needed, to transfer or relieve employees from duty because of the lack of work or other legitimate reasons, and, in accordance with its operational requirements, to establish, change, or introduce new or improved methods, standards or facilities.
