Common use of School Board Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

School Board Responsibilities. a. The School Board authorizes the Tenant to use facilities designated as room numbers 013 and 028 and associated public spaces at GCELA in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. b. The School Board shall provide electric utility service, garbage collection, and water and sewer service to the designated Facilities at GCELA. c. The School Board shall provide the Tenant keys for the designated Facilities at GCELA in accordance with the School Board’s key system and policies.

The School Board shall provide electric utility service, garbage collection, and water and sewer service to the designated Facilities at GCELA. c. The School Board shall provide the Tenant keys for the designated Facilities at GCELA in accordance with the School Board’s key system and policies.

The School Board shall provide electric utility service, garbage collection, and water and sewer service to the designated Facilities at GCELA. c. The School Board shall provide the Tenant keys for the designated Facilities at GCELA in accordance with the School Board’s key system and policies.
