Common use of School Buildings and Facilities Clause in Contracts

School Buildings and Facilities. The Association has the right in accordance with established regulations to reasonable use of school buildings and facilities provided the use not interfere with normal school activities or functions. The Association’s Executive Board and its designees serving on district-wide committees has the right to use district mailboxes and email for the purpose of communicating meeting dates; distributing minutes of meetings; and sharing information such as internal position vacancies, benefit information, and educational opportunities. The Employer reserves the right to assess charges for additional custodial expense or for other additional operational expense beyond normal maintenance costs resulting from this use.
