School Buildings and Facilities. CAPS shall have the right in accordance with established regulations to reasonable use of school buildings and facilities provided such use shall not interfere with normal school activities or functions. The District reserves the right to assess charges for additional custodial expense or for other additional operational expense beyond normal maintenance costs resulting from such use.
