School Clerical Personnel. In the event that a continuing employee does not work during the Spring or Christmas school break, the employee will be paid their regular hours of work which will be deducted from their vacation entitlement, other than paid statutory holidays unless the employee informs the Payroll Department in writing thirty (30) days prior to the break. The employer shall post written reminder of the above six (6) weeks in advance.
