School District Use of Park District Equipment Sample Clauses

School District Use of Park District Equipment. It is understood by and between the Parties that certain items of equipment provided by the Park District for its programs and stored by the Park District at the site, may, upon request of the School District, be utilized jointly for School District and Park District activities. The School District agrees to reimburse the Park District for direct cost of repair or replacement of said equipment, except for reasonable wear and tear, if such equipment is damaged as a sole and direct result of the School District's use of the equipment. Any request for reimbursement by the Park District in this regard shall include a written detail of all damages sustained and cost incurred, including statements and/or bills for materials and services necessary to correct the damage.
