School Facilities and Equipment Use. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment at reasonable times, following the district’s procedure for scheduling facilities. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. The Association and its agents shall have access to its members during contracted working hours so long as there is no disruption to the educational environment.
