SCHOOL FACULTY MEETING. ‌ The Association shall be granted no less than fifteen (15) minutes immediately after the conclusion of a faculty meeting to present such items as determined by the Association faculty representative. This time may or may not be within the teachers’ workday. In addition, the Association faculty representative or teachers may request that items concerning educational issues be placed on the agenda of faculty meetings. The school administrator or supervisor shall consider such requests as time allows. They will attempt to schedule in the faculty meeting those items which they are relevant and appropriate.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Special Meeting Special meetings of the stockholders may be called only by such persons and only in such manner as set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation. No business may be transacted at any special meeting of stockholders other than the business specified in the notice of such meeting. The Board may postpone, reschedule or cancel any previously scheduled special meeting of stockholders.
