School Official Search. School officials may conduct searches of a student's person, possessions, locker or car when there is reasonable suspicion to believe that the search will turn up evidence that the student has violated or is violating either the law or District / school policy, procedures or rules. The standard for the search is reasonable suspicion arid the search must be justified in scope given such suspicion.
