Common use of School Police Clause in Contracts

School Police. The School District and the Charter School acknowledge and agree that in the event the Charter School requests the provision of school police officers pursuant to NRS 388A.378, a separate agreement may be negotiated that complies with the requirements of NRS 388A.381, including, among other things, the payment by the Charter School of the costs associated with obtaining such services from the School District, and that the Charter School agrees that it will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the School District for any loss, expense, liability, damage, claim (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from the provision of police services.
