School's liability. Unless negligent or guilty of some other wrongdoing causing injury, loss or damage, the School does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or other loss caused to the Pupil or the Parents or for loss or damage toproperty. 7 Health and medical matters 7.1 Medical declaration: Before the Pupil enters the School the Parents will be asked to complete a Medical Information and Consent Form concerning the Pupil's health and must inform the School Welfare Officer in writing if the Pupil develops any known medical condition, health problem or allergy, or will be unable to take part in games or sporting activities, or has been in contact with anyone with an infectious or contagious disease.
